I commissioned Knightsbridge Cleaning Company to clean a 3-bedroom house in Mickleover Derby, which had been left in a filthy state by tenants.
On first contact with Gareth, I was instantly reassured that Knightsbridge Cleaning Company would be able to do the cleaning I required. Gareth responded very promptly to both my emails and calls.
Gareth and 2 cleaners arrived on the date and at the time they said they would. They all worked solidly for a total of 17 hours cleaning carpets, floors, paintwork, bathroom, toilet, walls and kitchen, until they were satisfied, they had made the house clean, and had restored it to a state ready for the house to be occupied again.
Sadly, some of the damage to walls carpets and cooker could not be cleaned as the tenants had damaged them beyond repair. However, Knightsbridge Cleaning Company did an excellent job and explained why some areas were beyond being able to be cleaned due to the significant damage the tenants had caused.
I recommend Knightsbridge Cleaning Company very highly and wish them all the best as they expand their business. They were excellent value for money.

They didn’t disappoint. They had the good courtesy to ring on the day to advise they were running a few minutes late and despite being a person down due to staff sickness, did a thoroughly professional job in making the property look as good as new. Their lack of manpower did not detract from the final outcome and they went about their business in a polite, friendly and efficient manner.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending them or using them myself again.
